WHAT WE COLLECT

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and messages you send us. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security and reliability. We do not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out.

Our service providers that process personal information for us are Stripe (payments) and Resend (order emails), plus our website host. If we add analytics or tracking tools in future, we will update this policy first.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To process and deliver your order, provide customer service and warranty support, meet our legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the website. If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, delivery and courier companies, website hosting, email and analytics providers, and professional advisers, and where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the APPs.

SECURITY AND RETENTION

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping requirements.

ACCESS, CORRECTION AND COMPLAINTS

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at sales@biketwitter.com. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
